    About:
    The testing machine conforms to the provisions of UL817 and other relevant standards "General safety requirements for flexible wire components and power cords". It is suitable for the bending test of power cord and DC line by relevant manufacturer and quality inspection department. This machine is specially designed to test the folding strength of the plug lead wire and cable; The speed is transmitted to the digital display table by the signal collected by the photoelectric sensor, and the value can be read by directly adjusting the electrodeless governor.
    Test method: the test material is fixed on the fixture, and add a certain load, the fixture swings left and right, after a certain number of times, check its wire break rate, or to the power can not be checked, the total number of times, can stop working by itself;


    Common test methods and requirements:
    a) The flexible wire is 18AWG,16AWG,14AWG parallel line, the connection head is molded products need to do this test;
    b) Wire assemblies that meet the following conditions are exempt from this test:
    1) The copper wire is 30AWG SP-2,NISP-2,SPT-2,NISPT-2,SPE-2,NISPE-2,SP-3,SPT-3,orSPE-3 flexible wire;
    2) Mark compliance with UL817(23.3) requirements.
    c) The length of the flexible cord is 20 inches (508mm);
    d) The sample is fixed to the rocking test machine, and the cross section of the flexible wire is parallel to the rocking axis;
    e) Hang a weight 12 inches from the flexible wire, the weight of the weight (see the test device schematic description;
    f) A complete swing consists of swinging 90° from the vertical position to one side, then back to the vertical position, then to the other side, then back to the vertical position.
    g) The rate of oscillation is 10 full oscillations per minute.
    h) Determine: Whether there is a wire disconnect within 2500 swings. In some cases, the test results failed.
